Today I was in a kind of domestic goddess, baking mood so I whipped up some peanut butter, walnut and chocolate biscotti (I say that, I don't think it is possible to "whip up" biscotti). I got the recipe from Joy the Baker, using walnuts instead of pecans and adding chocolate.
Pretty tasty if I do say so myself! I always think biscotti is going to be a massive effort, but I think not having to roll or spoon out mixture makes it way easier than most normal biscuits.
